One Reporting System
If your referred clients elect to share their results with you, you’ll also receive copies of their reports via email and in your members area so you can always access them. How long does the Certification Program Take?
The course includes three hours of content. You should budget four to five hours total to take the course and complete the certification exam.
Why Aren’t My Client Reports Always Uploaded to My Account?
Users must elect to share their Personal Entropy Scan report with you. If they don’t elect to share, we’ll notify you that a given user has completed their scan and you’ll need to contact them separately if you want to see and discuss their report. The reason is that the Personal Entropy Scan is personal and private to the user by default.
As a coach, you will receive PSIU Workstyle and PSIU Compatabiilty Style reports by default. These are shared automatically with you because they don’t need to be private and confidential and the real value comes from mutual understanding of workstyles and compatibility challenges.
Where is the Behavioral Science for this Approach?
There are no published studies yet on our approach. Our philosophy is that thermodynamics precedes genetics and drives both individual and collective behavioral adaptation over time. All of our tools are rooted in the first principles of thermodynamics rather than psychology. However, we recognize the value of engaging with academia and traditional behavioral psychology.
